Yes, we are an Australian owned and run vegan business.

Products with labels with ‘may contain’ is an allergen warning to those who have severe allergic reactions. 

This label doesn’t mean that those ingredients have been used in the product. It’s because cross-contamination could occur from a range of products sharing factory equipment or airborne particles in commercial kitchens.

Brands may still add the warning on the package to cover themselves legally even though they haven’t used any non-vegan ingredients. 

We do extensive research into the products/brands and test each product ourselves. We want you guys to like, love and enjoy what you buy. If we don’t like it we don't sell it!

Our PS I'm Vegan packaging is made from recycled and mostly biodegradable  material that can be recycled when you receive it. We package the orders with the utmost care and intention and you can be sure you are receiving thoughtful packaging when you buy our products. 

We are always open to trying out new vegan products to put in our hampers or on our store.

You do not need to be 100% vegan business but the product/s must be vegan and cruelty-free with no or sustainable palm oil. We also prefer businesses who are eco/carbon neutral.

We accept Paypal and Credit Cards through our secure payment platform.

Yes we do! Please check our delivery page for further information about how long delivery will take or any other delivery-related questions. 

At this current time we do not. Our products are perishable and wouldn’t last the journey. We plan to extend our range to some products which are able to post overseas. Please join our mailing list for a notification once this happens. 

Delivery is free Australia wide!

Ideally, yes. Couriers require a signature on delivery. If no-one is home they will leave a calling card to let you know you can pick it up from the depot, otherwise if it looks safe enough the courier will leave the parcel. 

Unfortunately you cannot specify delivery times.

Afterpay FAQ

Afterpay allows you to purchase from PS I'm Vegan online store and pay later in 4 easy interest-free instalment

To pay with Afterpay:

1. Add your items to the cart
2. Select Afterpay as the payment option at the checkout
3. Signup or use your existing Afterpay account
4. Once approved, PS I'm Vegan will despatch your order

There is no interest payable by you if you place an order using Afterpay.

Afterpay offers your order to be paid in 4 instalments with repayment automatically occuring every 2 weeks. 

Select Afterpay as a payment method (or visit the website).

You can register as you complete your purchase.

Merchants will be able to initiate all eligible refunds on your behalf. Once completed, your refund will be applied to your order.


Afterpay is available as an online payment method and requires login credentials for authorisation. Our team members or merchants are unable to place an order on your behalf.
